Crossbow arrived broken because not checked by Hattila before shipping. Refusal to refund or replace with a new one. Only repair was offered along with an "exceptional" commercial gesture of 4% which ultimately was not paid even though the repair was done after 2 weeks but without a word of explanation and no response to my follow-up. Clearly, this seller does not care about disputes even when he is at the origin of them.

Very good reception of my package, everything is ok for me, just a downside (there has to be one) the arrows received with my package were a bit impacted by the journey (feather bent) but nothing very annoying, quickly put back in place

Difficult to say good or not good: first package received in a plastic bag. One item was damaged. I don't think the carrier is really to blame, the packaging was really light and rudimentary to begin with. On its part, Hatilla took care of the return and refund of the damaged item. Customer service responded very quickly.

I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products sold on Hattila, but on my last order I received two pairs of string silencers that are completely different in size. More than two sizes difference, yet the same price. The smallest has no effect. I had to buy another pair elsewhere to avoid surprises. This evaluation only concerns my last order and I think it is negligence on the part of the preparer, because everything I have bought until now has been really great, but sometimes a small detail destroys all the excellence accumulated over time.
