Beautiful products arrived well packaged. Delay before delivery exceeding the site's announcements: 1 month instead of 15 days and the surprise of seeing the order arrive in several packages without being warned which costs the 5th star. Honestly, secure the material much more in its packaging, I received the crossbow with the "bow" part not secured in the package, which made it move around as much as possible, even mishandled sometimes during transport, result: the trigger tail broke since the bridge is on the other unmounted part... But I still consider you a very serious company close to its customers, so my remark will only be to refine your services as best as possible.
