Super product, as described. Only downside: The delivery. I received an email saying that I would be delivered on Monday, November 22, I waited all day for nothing. The next day, a new email said that I would be delivered between 10:41 and 11:41. I waited all day again, to receive a new email saying that I was not present, and that my package was dropped off at a relay point. Pfff! Obviously, Hattila is not responsible for this.

Very very good online store! Very fast shipping, excellent advice before purchase and very good material! Two small downsides however, even if Yann is very easily reachable by email and responds very quickly, it would be a plus to be able to call him by phone. And it would also be nice if the online stock was updated because some products are indicated as out of stock while they are in stock. Really an excellent online store, I would buy again without any problem! I recommend! !!!

Quick and perfect assembly and disassembly with the fake rope kit with the help of the tutorials. The assembly of the reel took a little longer. Only downside, the 2 kits were without instructions. Fortunately, plenty of photos and videos to help. Everything with perfect trials.
