Order O.K. Too bad that many items offered on the site are not available...

A bit long, certainly holiday season, Chronopost not at its best in delivery, postponed day by day; excellent responsiveness via email, but too bad there is no possibility to call; the manual does not correspond to the purchased device (Accelerator 370), and even if I am told it is the same (same family: Acc. 390 and 410), it is not, especially regarding the caliper, whose attachment is quite different, so why is this one missing precisely?? - lack of precision on delivery times...Good site

The ordering system only notifies about product availability when adding to the cart. If additional products are added later to the cart, they are considered available if the initially added item was available. Hence a delay of several days in my delivery. A small bug not recognized by the supplier. Disappointed.

The crossbow is very well made, but unfortunately the main string broke on the first shot... quite disappointed, I have to reorder to use it

I should have studied the return conditions better: return at my expense and no refund, only a store credit. I probably won't renew the experience.

Ah really too bad that the packaging wasn't better done. Whether it's arrows or crossbow bolts, the feathers get damaged quickly during transport... really a shame for such a small detail that doesn't require much to be perfect but has such large repercussions.

Super fast delivery (48 hours). Too bad the ordered product (Mantis X) is of poor quality. But that is not the seller's fault. Nevertheless, I do not recommend buying a Mantis.

Fast delivery good quality material however the DPD delivery drivers who take from the order is becoming common

Very good site but instead of offering me another item, they made me wait 3 weeks for my order without giving me news, otherwise they responded quickly and changed my order without any problem.

Order and delivery times were as announced. However, I do not wish for you to have to deal with customer service. The red dot sight is defective on the crossbow package, I suggested returning it for a simple exchange but no, there is a certain procedure to follow worse than administrative procedures with the need to provide a video to show that the sight is defective. Anyway, I preferred to buy another one to end an endless exchange with customer service. Too bad otherwise it's 5/5 for everything else and 2/5 because they at least responded. Customer service needs to be reviewed to have humans face customers and not a machine that endlessly repeats an automatic procedure.

Excellent products, too bad the packaging is not up to par. All the packages arrived damaged and opened (apparently the contents did not seem to interest the curious). Fortunately, only a few feathers of the bolts were damaged. It's a shame because this kind of mishap might deter me from future orders. A simple plastic bag for such an order is unworthy!

Disappointed with the deadlines that are not respected, it says fast delivery, first order delivered in 2 weeks after a message sent to the site, second order received after 3 weeks, after 3 messages sent to the site, no commercial gesture, no apology for the inconvenience caused.

The bow was stained by the glue from a label. This could have easily been avoided if the packer had paid (a little) attention. The arrows were tightly bundled with an elastic band and the fletching suffered. Huge box 3/4 empty. In short, packaging is not really your thing...

My package was sent to a relay point far from my home 11 km away while I have one 4 km away. It's really a shame.

Beautiful products arrived well packaged. Delay before delivery exceeding the site's announcements: 1 month instead of 15 days and the surprise of seeing the order arrive in several packages without being warned which costs the 5th star. Fortunately, contact at Hattila very responsive to reassure about the progress of the order. HERVE Bertrand
