Response from Hattila.com Published on 08/02/2018

Hello, I find it unfortunate that you only describe the delivery time, especially since when you ordered you knew there could be up to 3 weeks of delay, it was clearly stated on the site. And you completely overlook the product, are you not satisfied with it? Best regards

Everything was perfect, I had no bad surprises, the order arrived on time and the assembly of the weapon is simple but not precise enough in the manual, at worst we can find more details on the manufacturer's site!

We received the bow but one end with the string was sticking out of the box: poorly cared packaging that could have damaged the bow. Fortunately, the postal workers were careful!
