clear site, package received quickly and responsive customer service. However, I had a promo code for free traits that I entered on the site during the purchase but not seeing it appear, I even entered it a second time and the site alerted me that the code was already entered. However, during my order it did not appear on the invoice so I did not receive the offer and had to contact customer service who agreed to send them to me in exchange for shipping costs which I would have preferred to avoid. I shoot on a nature course and the arrows bought for 82eu are very fragile. I had to recycle three after less than 10 sessions. I believe that the quality of the carbon, or at least its thickness, makes them fragile arrows.
