You do not rate the crossbow? The speed of shipment of the package (ordered on the 7th at 18:19 and shipped on the 8th at 09:00)?
Sorry but we are a small company and we make immense efforts to make your life easier and to be clear before, during, and after your order so I would like to understand the rating you leave us, 3/5 is not trivial.

For the packaging I am sincerely sorry if it was damaged, do you think it comes from Mondial Relay or was the box of the crossbow itself damaged?
If possible, please send us a photo by email so we can resolve this with the concerned service.

The service is good, the products too. The product I had previously ordered has slightly changed. The unusual use I made of it is no longer possible, unfortunately this is not reflected on the site. The included button batteries suffered during transport/storage and most need to be replaced.
