The only problem I have is that it arrived a bit scratched at the base. As if it had been dropped.

Almost 5 stars. Very good relationship with the team, attentive to customers. Slight disappointment with the packaging in opaque plastic film which does not offer sufficient protection for the official product box. The latter arrived slightly dented, a shame for a product worth several hundred euros. Nothing to say about everything else, compliant, and of quality. I will order again.

Very good site, very professional, impeccable shipping and quality item. One star less for the too many stockouts (this must mainly come from suppliers)

Good blowguns provided only with 5 darts, one already lost at the first use. It would be nice to be able to buy additional darts separately.

Very good reception of my package, everything is ok for me, just a downside (there has to be one) the arrows received with my package were a bit impacted by the journey (feather bent) but nothing very annoying, quickly put back in place

Hello I bought a pack of tips for my arrows and instead of 12 there were 8. Refund of 4 euros which is not even the value of 4 tips. Best regards

Some purchased products are OK but there are still quite a few made in China products with the poor quality that goes with it

Product received, disappointed that although sold new, the packaging had been previously opened and visibly used with signs of use on the leather. On the other hand, great palette exactly what I was looking for.

This is the third time I order from this site. The products have always been as expected and the delivery fast. I haven't had to test another service, so no opinion on returns, refunds, warranties, etc...

A detection error on the skylon tips delivered from 4.2 instead of 3.2 so I'm waiting for the new delivery with the correct arrow tips.

Difficult to say good or not good: first package received in a plastic bag. One item was damaged. I don't think the carrier is really to blame, the packaging was really light and rudimentary to begin with. On its part, Hatilla took care of the return and refund of the damaged item. Customer service responded very quickly.

I had to follow up twice with Hattila to know the reason for the delay in my delivery. Otherwise, everything arrived quickly once the problem was resolved

hello, I couldn't use it because you forgot to include the false string to be able to stretch it and put the real string. If this is an oversight can you send it to me otherwise you send it to me and I will pay for it. thank you. then I can inform you of my opinion.

The feathers are not all glued the same and the glue slipped on two leaving the feather deformed, this apparently does not have a big impact on the shot, but I am a bit disappointed

I have always been very satisfied with the quality of the products sold on Hattila, but on my last order I received two pairs of string silencers that are completely different in size. More than two sizes difference, yet the same price. The smallest has no effect. I had to buy another pair elsewhere to avoid surprises. This evaluation only concerns my last order and I think it is negligence on the part of the preparer, because everything I have bought until now has been really great, but sometimes a small detail destroys all the excellence accumulated over time. Best regards
