Everything is correct, except for the condition of the package, although I suppose it is understandable that it may have suffered some damage during the journey. As for the items, arrows, tips, inserts... no complaints, perfect.

Package well wrapped and protected. The various ordered items were placed in the box of another larger item (the crossbow), which caused some concerns before opening this box. However, since the shipment was opened by customs, I do not know if it was them who mixed everything up or Hattila.com. In the end, everything was there in order and to my satisfaction. I recommend.

After buying 2 crossbows, I was eager to try them and I was not disappointed, I broke a string on one of my crossbows, but it's my fault, I engaged a shot that had no notch left and it cut it, I give 4 stars because I didn't know how to get free shipping, apart from that responsiveness and service are top-notch and the site is really well done
