Surprised by the packaging. The arrows placed in a large box and secured with filling. All good

Government, I was very happy with the use and performance of the slingshot, but I am a bit disappointed that the elastics broke after a month, while the use I gave it was correct and respected.

Nothing special to report, professionalism, punctuality, politeness Clean and friendly, if however I would be disappointed by your services I don't think it would be the same message you would receive. For small packages it would be good to receive them directly at home, otherwise nothing to report. Kind regards. Alain.

Happy with the product but I advise a bit more information when orders are delayed so as not to think they are pulling your leg.

I chose the color purple which looks very good. The bow is beautifully light. Unfortunately, the feathers on the arrows had a small bearing damage and were bent.

Hattila is good, but the product I bought, namely a slingshot (budget model), is not worth anything.

Fast delivery. The target was just in plastic, which is a bit tight. It was poorly protected. As a result, a little dented in one small area. A cardboard box would have been better.

Hello. Packaging a bit light. A small box might be better? But everything is intact, no worries...

The crossbow easily loses its paint, difficulty in loading, the loading method with the poor quality rope equipment, terrible instructions in English that are unclear and the drawings are not of quality in the description of the individual steps.

Delivery time a little long due to a supply issue with the supplier. Package not very well protected and fortunately no breakage upon receipt. That's why my star is one less. But still a very correct service with impeccable communication!

When buying a slingshot, it would be desirable to know the strength or thickness of the rubbers with the device. To possibly produce this kind of consumable....thank you.

Items completely meet my expectations. The delivery was much too delayed compared to what was planned, (I almost canceled my order), more than a month of waiting. Everything is back to normal and I am finally satisfied with the ordered items.

Hello, I am satisfied with my purchase..... however, sending aluminum arrows with just a plastic bag around them as protection for transport rather than a box where they would be protected from bending.... I haven't had time to use them but I hope they are not bent...
