Overall, shoppers emphasize dependable performance, clear information, and smooth fulfillment across orders.
Order arrived quickly and in very good condition. The special addex tiles designed by Hattila are superb, not yet tried but it feels like quality. The tips are unlikely to turn as they are held by TWO screws. Thank you, I will take another lot of original and hunting. I am very satisfied as usual

Good products/good prices... And quality listening. There was a promo of 6 free arrows with a promo code to enter at the end of the order. Which I did... Bug or not, I did not receive those said arrows... A few exchanges by email and boom it was resolved! Perfect. Thank you again.

Great team listening to its customers! I am very satisfied with my first order! After receiving answers to my questions about an item in a short time, the shipping of it was very fast. And the after-sales service is also top-notch! All this to say that I recommend Hatilla and its entire team with my eyes closed!!! Thank you.
