Saying nothing 3 days before a 15% promotion, I no longer order from hawaiisurf
Site very easy to use. Appreciable 15% discount promotion but the day after the end of the promotion the same product is sold at -20%. So in the end, bad purchase.
Wrong delivery size - error in order preparation - no return slip with the invoice...
Good overall but the grip provided with the boards is not satisfactory
The site itself is very good, the only issue is that I ordered a pair of roller skates that were supposed to be delivered between May 4 and 5, but in the end, the delivery changed to between May 5 and 6, and as of today, it's the 8th and I still haven't received my skates, they are stuck in the 26.
Very good material but sometimes expensive, not enough clearance sales and hard to reach a seller because overloaded but still very pleasant.
Product descriptions are not detailed enough
Ordered on the 19th received on the 20th, delivery is super fast! a small downside though, I have an invoice of 135 E while I paid them 160 E! they come from a store in 94, which means that in-store they are cheaper!!! advice, go there 😉
Not enough choice....
The site is quite complete. The choice is vast even if the trend is more towards urban style than technical equipment. However, the delivery times are incorrect. A package ordered on a Wednesday at 11am has still not arrived the following Monday. There is confusion between the terms 'shipping' and 'delivery' (package shipped within 48h in reality and not delivered, an issue when it's one of the reasons we order from this site).
The site itself has many problems when ordering and the sending of orders is often late compared to what is said
The prepared product was not the right color. Fortunately, I picked up my order in store, so the change could be made on site.
