Delivery time not in accordance with what was announced. Well, let's admit that we were in a sale period, the delay could come from there, but on the other hand, a response to my 2 emails would have been appreciated! The first to be informed about the order tracking and the second to warn them that they had sent my order twice and that I would therefore proceed to return this second package! Not a thank you, nothing nada. So improve your customer service.

Delivery by TNT = zero slight error on the address (street instead of alley) The order did not arrive despite all the other information provided. I had to go pick it up at a relay point despite the €6 paid to receive the package at home!
