Unacceptable. I have already placed several orders and the service was good but now! They make mistakes in the order, do not respond to the emails sent, promise to rectify over the phone and ... Nothing is done. They just offer to resend the products at my expense ... While they are in the wrong. I am close to filing a complaint for non-compliance with contractual obligations

After 12 years of interruption, for my little 9-year-old girl who just received her first quads, I am putting mine back into service. Riedell high-top shoes, SER elite plate, all dating from 1985... it wasn't a luxury. (the wheels had become as hard as concrete, and on a simple slide two of them disintegrated/broke... guaranteed moment of solitude... 😉 ). So back to the source (Hawaii Surf) order of parts, and well-packaged receipt within the promised deadlines. The Riedell shoes with holes and eliminated will still see some use, the Kriptonics too... but a visit to the store will be necessary as soon as I have the time. It's curious this feeling of rejuvenation, all of a sudden...
