Order return (Bont rollers) and still waiting for a refund. Disappointed with this order and still waiting for the refund of the one returned on 11/12/19. The proof of receipt from the Post Office indicates that the package was indeed received on 13/12/19. Numerous emails sent to various services, the refund has still not been processed. I am still waiting for information. This situation is absurd. I feel like I have been a victim of a scam. I note a total lack of consideration for the customer from Hawaii Surf. I request a quick refund for this order €188.19 and return fees €18.35. I have taken steps with Paypal.

we received your order on the evening of June 13 with a scheduled shipment on June 14 for delivery expected between June 17 and 18 within 48 hours. We did indeed experience a slight delay that would have made the delivery on Wednesday, June 19, with less than a day's delay.

Good site but, delivery not recommended you want your board go pick it up at your nearest shop (I paid an extra €10 for nothing)
The product received does not match the product ordered. This is the second time I have a problem with wheels: the first time I received mismatched wheels, a commercial gesture was made, the second time I received completely different wheels from those chosen, which surprises me from Hawaï
You sell and deliver non-compliant products: the bindings I ordered are a limited series delivered in a cooler: you sent them to me without the cooler and especially without warning: I will have to go to the Post Office to resend them to you! I have about twenty boards and just as many bindings mostly Union and limited series... your delivery is worthless: a limited series is a set!!! And when I point this out, I am basically told that if I am not happy, I can resend them and then I have to ask how I will be reimbursed for the shipping costs!!!! I have already ordered from your site: I paid for a pair of boots twice the price due to a connection problem and when I reported it, it was such a mess that I abandoned the idea of reimbursement... however, I must recognize a linear aspect: your accounting department is like your shipping department and your sales department....
It says delivery 24-48h, everything was in stock. I chose this site for the delivery time but the promises were not kept. Ordered on Friday and received the following Friday because I called to find out where my order was. Otherwise, I wouldn't have received it yet. Very disappointed with the service. I won't come back
After the weekend we have a lot of orders to process, we are a small shop with few staff and sometimes there can be a slight delay, you received your order on Friday instead of Thursday, I don't think that deserves a 1/5 but that's your feeling, we take it into account and apologize for this exceeded delay.

Product very poorly packaged, the clothing without packaging placed directly in a box. Box arrived crushed and the warranty sticker detached, so anyone could see what was in the box. Review your packaging. Also, I had to contact the relay point to find out if the package had arrived there. Too bad the site doesn't inform the customer......
Maybe consider training your employees to put two similar shoes in one box.
Unrefunded returns present a real problem especially when the sizes indicated on the site do not correspond to the size of the ordered shoes...

Moreover, the post office delivered a package to us while Chronopost could not. You did not honor your commitments and are not even capable of recognizing it. Order placed for express delivery to have them before leaving for a snowboarding trip, package was posted a day after the order so received too late! Refund of shipping costs offered but had to pay postage to get my order at the vacation spot!
The order was very poorly shipped No protection for the clothes placed directly in the box... if it had rained it would have been the same!!!!
Since there should be less and less plastic, brands also have no right to put them under plastic.
When sending clothes, we still take care to fold the items well in the package.
