Very disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a fragile item, and it was delivered to the customer by tossing it over a two-meter gate. I hope the item is not damaged, given the price and fragility of the product. Very disappointed, if the item is not functional, I expect a commercial gesture.

The customer service refused to send me a prepaid label to return the rollers that were too small for my son, while they could not offer me a larger size. I had to pay 21.30 euros to return them.
