I haven't received anything
1 month and a half to receive a package that I was supposed to receive in 48 hours only! €8 shipping costs for nothing since I didn't receive it when I wanted.. I sent an email on your site without ever getting a response! I spoke to someone on the phone a few days later who reassured me (rather sleepy..) supposedly making a gesture to change the size of the pair I ordered and blah blah blah.. in the end, nothing!! I do not recommend! The first and last time I order from you!
Non-respect of the delivery deadline
I received the old version of the 'bont quadstar boots', the ones without the protection on the front. Be careful, the photo is misleading...
we had indeed ordered the new bont quadstar however the brand sent us the old version. we are not happy about it. we will give you a gift voucher on your customer account to compensate for this little inconvenience.
I paid almost seven euros to have my order in 48 hours and I received it in a week and a half..

I see your order from the end of October and we had indeed shipped it, unfortunately you tell us that you were delivered a week later and I understand your dissatisfaction but DPD is a service provider and unfortunately the drivers are not part of our company but of DPD and we can only complain to customer service, which we will do by forwarding the information you have given us.

Late delivery and there is no tracking, and when I sent them a message their response did not match what is written on their site.

No news from the site after 5 days, order status still in preparation. while delivery was scheduled for the 14th or 15th. no tracking very disappointed especially since it was for my birthday on the 14th and that's why I ordered on Friday before 3 PM. the next day - 15% available on the site! so big disappointment.

The site is very good but the xcel 3/2 Infiniti ordered was extremely poorly folded and the neoprene on both legs above the knees has significant creases... sure it was on sale but it's a shame anyway....

The site is good but the delivery service frankly leaves something to be desired. My order was supposed to arrive on July 12 or 13 (express delivery) and it turns out that my order will not arrive before July 16, extremely disappointed to pay for a service that is not respected.
Carton opened on one side and torn on the other end.
We apologize for the condition of the package upon receipt. Was the board damaged? We find it a bit dry that the handling of the order, shipping, and delivery in less than 24 hours by our services (5 PM from the order to availability in the relay) is overshadowed by damage to the packaging carton, especially if the board shows no damage.

The snowboard was damaged, I am very disappointed! I understand why it was cheap... I will return it tomorrow!
After placing an order on the site, I do not receive any order confirmation or tracking number. After two days, I managed to contact them by email to find out where my order was, and I was told that they no longer had the product in stock. I pointed out that it would have been better if the information had come from them before I started to worry. We reached a mutual agreement to replace the product. The person I spoke to was supposed to keep me informed about the shipment and provide me with the tracking. Nothing, I had to reach out to them again to get the information. Finally, my package was supposed to be delivered to a relay point because I could not be present, but they sent it to my home. In short, dissatisfied with the service.

As seen by email, we indeed had a stock issue with your trucks. Having received your order on Tuesday 05/06 along with all those from the weekend, it sometimes takes us more than 24 hours to verify stock (making sure a truck hasn't been misplaced among 56 references can take time), which is why we had not yet gotten back to you the next day, Wednesday 06/06; we did not
As bad as in their communication, an order error, no follow-up afterwards, resulting in a package and shipping costs in the wild.
Your order was placed on May 4th and validated on May 5th, the package left the same day.
You made a return that we received on Tuesday, I have requested a refund, it will be validated by our management at the end of the week and you will be refunded on your credit card used for the transaction.
I do not see where we had a communication issue or an error.

Terrible customer follow-up. Order placed over a week ago and no news or feedback from the merchant.
After receiving my package late and having to go twice for nothing, I realize today after unpacking my package that two of the bearings of the skateboard I ordered do not turn well at all, and one of them seems completely stuck, it does not turn at all. Just to remind you, I asked your 'professionals' to assemble my board when I placed my online order. They were not able to see that the bearings supposed to be 'new' were stuck. So I imagine that this doesn't concern you, but I will not order anything through your site again and I will hasten to make negative publicity commensurate with the damage suffered.

As for the parcel relay that refused your package, this is not our responsibility, it is the relay you chose that refused the delivery, so we unfortunately cannot do anything about it.
Your board was indeed assembled by a professional team as you say, the assembly is done, no trucks upside down, just some faulty bearings. In our workshops when we assemble the boards we do not test them and our preparer certainly missed this unfortunate detail. It happens that some bearings do not turn as well as others when we turn them by hand, but it remains rideable. But we should have noticed that, we will try to manage that internally.
We have sent you today 8 abec 7 bearings to replace the stuck bearings which are normally not lost, a little degreaser or anti-rust should make them more lively.

You chose delivery to a RELAY COLIS as well as a relay point in TREGUIER as was done at delivery. Everything was done according to what you requested, choices that were summarized until the last page before validating your order, so I invite you to check your confirmation email as well as your invoice, or at least contact us beforehand to clarify the situation.
This could avoid posting such a false and fanciful review.

It is Wednesday. I ordered last Friday. And still nothing. Yet I checked, and most reviews were good! I am disappointed...
Why are you disappointed? You ordered on Friday, but after 9 PM with a shipment scheduled for Monday for delivery between Tuesday and today.
The package left yesterday and is being delivered today to the relay point as announced in the deadlines.

Not the right size of boots in the box.
10 days delay in delivery and only because I contacted Hawai surf myself to find out more.... they had forgotten to ship my order because of 'I quote the person on the phone: the paper must have jammed in the printer' It's not very serious in itself but not very professional!

The price is set by Nike, you ordered a pair of snowboard boots on the 11th that they no longer produce, they came to you on the 12th for delivery and you were able to pick up your boots on the 13th at the pickup point.

Hello, we were at home all day and even worked at the entrance gate all morning, then we had lunch and upon returning we received a notice of passage, while no one rang... I don't understand why... In the end, we picked up our package at the relay point...
