Bad customer service

Order received quickly, in line with my expectations. The downside concerns the packaging which leaves something to be desired: a large plastic envelope where the bearings and my bones speed cream were well shaken, a bottle of speed cream leaked.

Decent site but wrong item sent: a T-shirt instead of a sweatshirt.... at 56€!.... waiting for the exchange procedure....

Good material but grip assembly not great

I received my bushings with a missing washer. And the soft package made everything loose, luckily the lubricant for bearings was well sealed! Everything was out of the boxes and packaging. Too bad the price was attractive

All good, except for a small impact (you can see the wood on 1cm) on the board

I would have liked to be informed that the boards were sold without grip. I would have ordered some.

Good reception of the products. However, it was impossible to select a pickup point via GLS while there is one just next to my house. So I opted for home delivery (paid) which was supposed to arrive between such and such date. Delivery a day earlier, not being at home my package was dropped off at the pickup point I wanted without incurring delivery fees. I specify that the pickup point selection did not show any PR in the center of Bordeaux, just a few in the CUB (quite far then). So we are forced to take the paid home delivery even though we will go pick up the package next to our home.

Difficulties in validating an order

My package still hasn't arrived. It apparently returned to the starting point and is now being resent, but I haven't heard anything more than that. So I'm still waiting. The tracking of the package is a lie for me since they never delivered anything to me.

Website with a variety of choices, interesting promotions. But very disappointed with the delivery tracking. The order took a long time to arrive, so I sent two emails without a response. I had to call to find out where my order was, more than 20 days after placing it. In the end, it was already at the pickup point. Very disappointed

Expensive shipping fees for a very long delivery time (8 days). No response to questions by email and if I hadn't called, the board wouldn't have been sent for a while. Once received, defective and damaged product... another wait of 8 days to get a contact and finally a customer service proposal...

Surprising stock management. And surprising customer service. Message left on the answering machine quite abrupt and no apology for the mistake.

I ordered on a Sunday and I only saw delivery information appear on Thursday. I tried to contact you by phone at least 10 times without success. I then sent you an email and got no response. However, on Thursday I received information from the carrier and I received my package on Friday. If I need again, I will order from your site but there is a big downside on communication.

I ordered on Sunday with the Chronopost option (1 PM the next day) but I only received my order on Wednesday noon. I know it's a business day but I should have received it on Tuesday before 1 PM since I paid for this service

I ordered roller wheels, they were very poorly packaged. And I ordered on Friday, I paid almost 10 euros to be delivered the next day before 1 PM, result I only received them on Monday, if I had known it was misleading, I would have chosen a less expensive delivery... I am disappointed

On this order, the blue Santa Cruz cap is junior size! I can't fit my head in it... too bad, nice product

Hello, the delivery is fast as indicated but the delivery person is not the same because he arrived and only rang once, my cousin was sleeping and since he only rang once he wasn't sure so he didn't go out, then he left directly leaving an email rather than a text. Knowing that we do not receive the notification, he went back to Vannes which is still 1 hour away from my home. So the delivery person is a bit abusive.

The delivery times, the products and the packaging were very good however I sent a request to customer service for which I never received a response (in two weeks).

Too bad the store doesn't open in the afternoon, it's discouraging.

Quality site and products, the tracking of the package should be improved, it's hard to understand if the package is in delivery or preparation, the information on this subject is too vague.

I did not like the experience I had during my order. First, the tracking link for my order did not work, it was not sent to me a second time even after I asked, then I was not notified of the arrival of my parcel at the pickup point and finally I did not receive the free grip that is supposed to be provided with the purchase of a board. If you want to buy skate products, I advise you to buy from another site.

Lack of certain precision regarding a size guide depending on brands, the number of wheels in a set, details on possible returns

I don't know the site, but I do know the store. Following my dissatisfaction with 1 out of 2 products purchased, hawaiisurf contacted me to resolve my issue: this approach is positive in itself, let's wait for the follow-up. Nice material but in April, indeed, ski shoes are rarer and I should have acted sooner for this purchase.
