Did not receive my order despite 5 euros shipping fee
I ordered two products from HawaiiSurf and I only received one. Half of my order was not sent to me and yet the full amount was debited.
Unacceptable. I have already placed several orders and the service was good but now! They make mistakes in the order, do not respond to the emails sent, promise to rectify over the phone and ... Nothing is done. They just offer to resend the products at my expense ... While they are in the wrong. I am close to filing a complaint for non-compliance with contractual obligations
