Photo on the site is non-contractual... The leash was supposed to be all black, but it's actually a black and white checkerboard. Too bad.

Forgetting the anti-theft device and the torn closure cord on a jacket that costs €320, I expect impeccable quality, this is not a second-hand jacket I am buying. I am waiting to see if Hawaii Surf will ensure its after-sales service. For now, I would not recommend your site to my friends and colleagues.

Delivery times not respected
I do not understand your review, the order was placed on Sunday the 9th and delivered on Wednesday the 12th. As generally indicated in our hours but also in the T&Cs accepted at the time of the order, we are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Weekend purchases are therefore taken into account and scheduled for shipping the following Tuesday. This was the case for your order, delivered the next day in less than 24 hours after shipping.

Order placed on 05/12 shipped on 07/12 option 24h/48h but still not received on 12/12. This is not Hawaïsurf's fault but the delivery service. We will see the state of the package. But for now no review.

Not all products available in store are available on the site. Software change preventing direct FFRS discounts but in different ways. Professional and accommodating telephone responses and advice

Torn packaging and grossly taped, for a Christmas gift it's very average. Response to the email regarding the delivery location received once the package was delivered... Not very useful then. Nevertheless, fast and compliant delivery.
The card payment page did not work for several days, the Hawaiisurf team or their IT provider had difficulties resolving the problem which was unstable. My purchase was therefore delayed by a week, I did not receive any commercial gesture, especially since the item saw its price drop the day after my order. The carrier (DPD) never informed me of the delivery of the product to the relay point, the tracking number was unknown.
Problem with the validity of gift vouchers, problem with order tracking (no automatic return, unidentified package)

My order did not arrive on the precise date. I had requested a refund of my shipping costs which was not followed up
No major problems but difficulty finding information to order the best size according to the roller brand
