The rollers are perfect but the delivery times were not respected and the customer service was not friendly at all
I received an email about the arrival of my package, and it arrived in perfect condition. However, the delivery times were absolutely not respected. I was supposed to receive it on Wednesday, August 15 or Thursday, August 16, but I only received it yesterday, Monday, August 20. The delay doubled and I don't find that normal.

Next day delivery is promised for any order placed before 2 PM.....I ordered my rollers on Thursday at 11 AM....I should have received them on Friday....I needed them for the weekend. The rollers finally arrived on Tuesday. Additionally, the white plastic part of the rollers is yellowed 🙁
Clear site often offering promotions on skate gear. The only downside is the grip that comes with the board. It is of poor quality.
Received quickly but did not receive the right sneakers...not the right color.
The container of my order is open (the box opened, a wheel rolling around in the bag)
We apologize for the wheel package, unfortunately, we cut them because it is not practical for storage and shipping (about 2 times larger than what you received) that is why we put the wheels in an additional bag. This not being really a problem, the order itself having been delivered in 24h and the wheels received perfectly new, why do we have a 2/5?

Always a problem with grip tape why not use mobgrip or jesup instead of cheap grip?
Still not delivered, although it was supposed to arrive yesterday
Very good products, nothing to complain about regarding the store. However, absolutely avoid home delivery by TNT! While I was entitled to free delivery to a relay point, I decided to pay 7.90 euros for home delivery because it was more convenient for me. Except that TNT didn't even bother to come to my home and directly dropped my package at a relay point 8km from my house at the beginning of the day! Paying nearly 8 euros for a service I was entitled to for free is a bit hard to swallow...
Delivery time not respected
Difficulty in reaching the online purchasing service. Good ability to adapt to DPD Exapaq delivery issues. Received the package in good condition, size SM packaging but size XS fins even though SM was ordered. Product not compliant with the order. Before the start of a season, it puts the lifeguard in difficulty with equipment of the wrong size... to be continued!
Lack of product definition
Super price, I opted for in-store delivery but the reception was really average. Not a big deal but it leaves a bad feeling. The impression of bothering people.
Nothing to say about the site, I am very satisfied. However, paying €7.90 with TNT who doesn't even ring the intercom at my home and goes directly to deliver the package to a relay point!!! Indeed, you did not order quad pivots but skateboard ones. You can return them to the store address and we will exchange them for the correct ones, what is your plate model?

The site is good. The information found there is relevant. The 3 stars come from the fact that an item marked 'in stock' on the site was not. Ordered on April 28 and hoped for May 2 or 3, it was picked up on May 29. Good packaging. The time has finally come to enjoy it! Isn't that the main thing? Good rides to all.

This is the second time I order from Hawaiisurf, and both times I was charged and then told that the product was out of stock and they would proceed with a refund. The refund is well established but the disappointment of not having the item is also there.
Good site and a wide choice at interesting prices. However, regarding delivery, paying for a service and not receiving it at home but at a relay point is unprofessional.
We have respected our shipping deadlines, order placed on the 7th, a Monday, a day of closure, and shipped on Tuesday the 8th.
We are glad that our stock and prices interest you, however, regarding delivery, we cannot be held responsible for what TNT has or has not done, as we are also a customer of this company that we paid to deliver to your home.
We will refund your shipping costs and file a complaint with TNT for this unfortunate delivery failure.

Product not sent due to zip problem. Too bad this wasn't done before the sale... Refund in progress
Delivery time correct but upon delivery, the box had 2 big holes and a truck was sticking out of the box!! There should have been more protection like bubble wrap or something else because the 2 trucks were just covered with plastic packaging and must have been well mishandled....Fortunately, upon unpacking, no issues.
Nothing to say about the delivery. However, it is difficult, if not very difficult, to communicate with you. I had requested a modification on the order, which was not taken into account, nor any comment. I sent a comment upon receipt, without any news as well. So I will have a skateboard that is not the one of my dreams and will have to modify it later, too bad,
No after-sales service, it's really a shame... A problem with a delivered product, which can happen but impossible to get information on the procedure to follow. A bit complicated when doing e-commerce!!
we are reachable by phone, but also and especially for a manufacturing problem by email and FB messenger allowing you to send us photos.
We have no message on these two regarding a manufacturing problem with your 686 belt (we have noted your complementary product review to this one) the procedure to follow is described in the corresponding tab "Warranty & SAV" in the bottom menu of the site.
This makes me question since we have no request from you before this review, how did you come to this conclusion about customer service and the procedure to follow, which is written in black and white without even having to contact us even if it is always better and welcome in the context of an after-sales service.

I went to pick up the product as stated 3 hours after my order, it was not ready. I had to wait an hour as the preparer was busy with other tasks phone sales.
Clear site, quality products, very competitive prices. However, delivery time not respected (ordered before 3 PM for next day delivery. Package received 3 days later) Very light packaging (a simple cardboard around a snowboard, no protection)

Poor stock management! Having a small budget and attracted by the site, I ordered a model that I liked, in the end, I waited a week for an order that would never arrive and I discovered it because I called the store to find out that they no longer have the model... so no order tracking and a waiting and disappointed customer. No compensation either. They advised me to request a refund as they could not match the initial offer. So disappointed.
The order has still not arrived!!!
