Simplicity, speed, and a fair price.

Return very difficult, item was sent back from France twice, no return has taken place, suitable size was not available, refund has not occurred

Fast shipping and item personalized according to the simulation

In response to my return request, I was informed that Headict is insolvent and that a return and refund are not possible. After a week, the shop is still online unchanged and orders can be placed. Even after 3 weeks, there is no change. A follow-up inquiry was not even answered. This is really absolutely terrible! I strongly advise against purchasing from Headict!

I received my package on 10/02. I returned it on 21/02 for a refund. Return within 14 days = refund. Return within 30 days = store credit. And you send my package back to me without any explanation?!

Very satisfied with my Headict purchases. I bought several caps (10) and all of them are of excellent quality. The purchase price of these caps is more than correct considering the almost "high-end" quality of each of them, particularly the Göttmann and Stetson brands. Delivery is quick and the cardboard packaging is solid and safe for the contents. I'll be back for more Headict purchases.
