In response to my return request, I was informed that Headict is insolvent and that a return and refund are not possible. After a week, the shop is still online unchanged and orders can be placed. Even after 3 weeks, there is no change. A follow-up inquiry was not even answered. This is really absolutely terrible! I strongly advise against purchasing from Headict!

However, the fabric is knitted so thinly that light shines through, and consequently, the wind blows through as well. Unfortunately, I could not recognize this flaw from the images beforehand. Additionally, I received a dark blue hat with a cable pattern, although I had accepted a black one without a braid. Be that as it may, in colder weather, I wear both hats on top of each other. 2 purchases made and I still don't have a hat :( Beware of sizes that are sold in S or M or XL and not in 56 or 58 or 60... Frustrated with the enjoyment of my purchases, I spent significant amounts on shipping costs for sending and returning due to errors that lack common sense in business and are especially non-refundable :( I still haven't received a response from management after 5-6 emails sent... I already didn't receive an email of my order.... I had to chase that. 2 days later I got an email from them telling me to be patient because my order could take 10/14 days. I got no updates or other mails. After 16 days I mailed again where my package was, and then I suddenly got a message from them that it was on its way. Finally it was sent to my package point and I picked it up. The cap is very neat and beautiful, but zero communication is very unpleasant because you get a feeling of deception. All in all... I will never order there again, too much tension whether I will receive my product or not if I don't follow up myself.
