Satisfied except that my order was for a child size "CHILD" and unfortunately I received a size "YOUTH". This gift was for a 3 year old boy and unfortunately I can't return the shipment because I removed the tags.

Hello, Would it be possible for you to deduct the amount of taxes (vat) on my orders because I have to pay them a second time on arrival in New Caledonia on the amount including VAT. This seems to reduce the enthusiasm of the people I talk to about ordering from your excellent site. Could this be a solution?
