After placing an order for a cap that was in stock, I was informed once I had paid for my basket that the cap was no longer available, with no possibility of obtaining it because your supplier was out of stock. Had I received the information beforehand, it is quite possible that I would not have made my purchase for the second item.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our supplier was supposed to restock, but we quickly refunded the cap and shipped the second product.
