Very disappointed. This is the 1st and last time I order from this site. The amount of the articles has been cashed but I still haven't received them ... Despite several reminders! Site to be avoided, I advise you against it !!!

It would be nice to have a service for returns or exchanges: phone number or email response within 48 72 hours because I sent a return a week ago for an exchange and I have no news of. It's important to inform the customer of the tracking. I don't know if you received the Colissimo if I could have the size I requested and when the parcel will arrive. It's a shame.

I find the material of the cap very floppy and thus the quality very poor. I had hoped that it was a form-fitting model. Also, the photo did not show that the flap is slightly rounded. I find 80,= enormously expensive for such mediocre quality.Unfortunately a mis-buy. I hope customer service will respond.
