I haven't received anything yet, also have a hard time getting in touch with you guys and when looking for my package it says in shipment, but had an email saying I should have received my package by now...?

Delivery OK and on time, but I did not receive the right product, and to this day I have no news of the processing of my return. Not a great first impression, and the system of PDFs to print and fill in is frankly cumbersome and outdated. Is it to discourage? I'll certainly give a more informed opinion when I have the right product in hand.

The symbol I asked for on the cap doesn't show up very well, as the lines of the design are too fine. Maybe it's due to the image I sent, but when I tried it out on the site, it was much clearer. Too bad. Sin the quality seems really good, and these are very nice products.

The size of the cap I ordered for my husband was too big, so I called customer service to find out what to do. The person I spoke to on the phone, Lucas, explained very well what I had to do. He was very pleasant and attentive. I'm now waiting for the new cap, which Lucas says should arrive early next week.

Too long delivery time. In itself not a problem if you are kept well informed. You start thinking, will this work out. No clear track and trace. Suddenly, without your knowledge, the product is delivered. I read: Shipping takes place at the risk of the orderer. This is, of course, bizarre. You ship it anyway, I don't. I don't do this anymore.
