I chose Colissimo delivery and it was impossible to evaluate the product as it never arrived ... I suspect that the problem is not with your site but with the service provider (who is often incompetent) but I'll take advantage of this review to see if any action on your part is possible.

Hello, Thank you for your order. As indicated by email: New Era inserts a cardboard backing behind the back of the cap to hold the front of the cap in place during packaging. Hello, I'm very happy with the quality of my personalized cap. The 3D embroidery is more olive green than khaki, but the result is very nice! However, I have the feeling that the cap is slightly too small. I'm fastening it on the last point of attachment, whereas I usually use 3 or 4 points. Is it a head circumference defect or does it run small? Or maybe I've just got a big head!
