On the other hand I made the mistake of taking the delivery tnt 24h / I was delivered in 4j, after a multitude of call towards tnt or they do not say anything to us, the persons said to be to pass at home but it was nothing, no notice of passage, no call, and I was at home in short null.

Sorry but back then when you used yupoong caps for personalization it was better. I don't find your house caps as valuable as the yupoong and at 47 for a stick cap it should look valuable. Personal opinion sorry.

I ordered a New Era NY "navy" cap to replace an identical model that had been lost. The cap that was delivered to me is black, and of a much lower quality than the one I ordered on Headict 18 months ago (no suedine visor, less noble materials, etc.). All for exactly the same price of 32. This is misinformation and abuse.

The hat was well received. It was unfortunately too big, we had not anticipated this. Returns are very poorly arranged. First, it already costs 9 euros. Second, discounted items may not be returned. So now we are stuck with a hat. A hat webshop should (emphatically) give the opportunity for easy returns. A hat has to fit. You can't tell that from a picture. So NEVER again Headict.
