I discovered that the Hatteras cap I'd received was made in China, and that the fabric seemed much lighter than that of a SETSON Hatteras cap I'd bought two years earlier from a milliner. I therefore have doubts about the authenticity of the product.

Product is really bad. I paid almost 50 euros for a cap whose text on the side is crooked. The text on the front is as much as twice the size as the example indicated during ordering. I deliberately chose small font because it is now too conspicuous. The color text on the cap is also totally different than on example. Would like to come to a solution. Regards karlijn

I would have loved to receive the cap in the same box as you show in the video. Since I bought it to give as a gift, the presentation would have been more spectacular in a beautiful box with your logo. Your product is of very high quality. The only thing I found very expensive was the shipping (France/Quebec,Canada).

I ordered a cap with my own lettering. The lettering was to be engraved. The leather emblem was not sewn in the middle and the engraving was unclean and some letters were illegible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had expected much more.
