Nice hat arrived after a week... Customer service was very responsive and as soon as they were informed, the delivery problem was resolved within 24 hours. What's more, they made a commercial gesture to apologize for the delay. In short, super: serious and starting!

I was surprised that I ordered from a .nl and the follow-up page was all in french, fortunately the page was translatable. Shipping was extremely fast. Nice quality of the product. I will place another order soon and will not fill the review again after that.

The Barts hats I ordered are fine, but I'm extremely disappointed by the personalized cap. It looks really cheap. The finish is not nice and the final result is not good enough. One cap out of the 3 doesn't fit the size it's way too big, wearing it I relied on the information on the site .... I think the correspondence tourvde size / cap size is not good, otherwise for the rest it's perfect.

I received a patchwork gapette different from those shown in the picture. Customer service will tell you that it's the model that wants it that way and will offer you a refund when you want a cap ... Hardly understandable, especially if you're not told before you buy that the orange and blue cap you ordered is in fact yellow and green.
