When I last ordered the bob had been deformed and put straight into the box in the parcel. However, I had previously ordered a bob of the same brand and it had arrived packaged in a box of the brand in question (Cayler and sons) and then packaged in a parcel for dispatch. It was therefore in perfect condition when it arrived.

The delivery service used by headict was unreliable - incorrect information about delivery times, I then had to collect the parcel myself from a remote parcel store.
