I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the embroidery, the finish and the alignment of the personalized logo, I was expecting much better for the price... On the other hand, the quality of the cap is really good!

The personalized caps are perfectly made and of very good quality, but I only received one of the 2 caps I ordered, even though I paid for two. I'm still waiting for my request to be answered by headict customer service.

Ordered 2 personalized caps for almost 100, the quality is OK but the caps I received were too small, like junior models compared to New Era or others. Customer service wouldn't listen, referring me to the terms and conditions because there are no exchanges or refunds on personalized items. At this price, I strongly advise you not to buy from this site.

You placed your order on Friday in the middle of the afternoon, and it was prepared and dispatched on Monday (if you place your order before 2pm during the week, it is dispatched the same day!). An e-mail with your tracking link was sent to you on 2/05 as well as an SMS when your parcel arrived at the Chronopost relay point. Cap not collected 9 days after order and payment. Impossible to get any information from chronopost. (Headict customer service told me that the cap was probably lost or stolen and that they would check with Chronopost. I would have liked a more commercial approach of sending a new cap because to date I have paid and received nothing.

Good quality hat that meets the description on the website. Delivery after six days. Handled first in France by Chronopost and later transferred to DPD NL. Neatly packed. There was no response to an email from me that I had not received an email confirmation of the order. So when ordering better to create an account directly, at least you will find the invoice there.
