Hello, I'm very unhappy because I ordered a cap that was on special for 48.00 . I got the wrong size, so I sent it back to you for a refund, and then I recommended another larger cap worth 64.00. And now I learn that you don't want to refund my return.

The cap is of good quality. However, the color of the embroidery for personalization is nothing like the one displayed on the site. I asked for a burgundy red, and I ended up with a sort of bright violet/pink. Luckily I had a burgundy red textile felt on hand to correct this. For the price of the cap and the wait, it's expensive.

Very satisfied with the delivery times with the paid shipping option. Shipping costs a little high for the fast delivery option. The item (leather) arrived crumpled in the packaging, and still bears the marks of this poor packaging. The site is particularly well designed for appreciating the items, especially because of their "on-head" presentation.
