The website told me that the cap would arrive between 5 and 10 days after the order. I wanted to give it as a present on Saturday 23rd after having ordered it on Thursday 15th, so to find out if I would be able to give it as a present I sent a message to customer service who never replied.
Finally, the cap arrived yesterday (Tuesday 26/07), 11 days after the order, which is a shame. Great quality!

Hello Insufficient communication: order on 2/06; acknowledgement of receipt + invoice on 2/06 with no estimated delivery date in my account; I send an e-mail on 8/06; no reply; I send the e-mail again on 10/06; reply: I should have noted the estimated 10-day delivery time when ordering, i.e. 12/06. Cap received on 22/06. Selling on the internet is about building trust ;))
