Hello The only negative thing about Headict services is that customers have to pay for the return postage. Nowadays, very few internet retailers do this, as most offer prepaid postage. This is a pity, and can be a deterrent in the long or medium term in the event of repeated returns or exchanges... Sincerely

The cap is of good quality, but the embroidery quickly frayed on some of the letters, which is very disappointing. I even avoid wearing it, which is a shame, so as not to damage it further..... So I'm disappointed in the end.

The bobs are not really suitable for small heads, you should provide several sizes of bobs.

The product has a defect on the front corner of the top of the hat. The most fragile part of the hat is damaged.since the return shipping costs are at my expense, and I had already sent the hat back for a size change, I didn't want to pay again to send it back a 2nd time.so I'm disappointed, and will never buy an item on the net again.because it's 2nd choice for 1 1st choice price.

I've placed several orders over the last 2 months, notably for NEW ERA caps and the last one for a MY HEADICT cap. Delivery-wise, nothing to complain about, I ordered in a hurry and as normal: SUPER. On the other hand, I asked for engraving on the side of a NEW ERA cap, and I received my "MY HEADICT", but the embroidery on the NEW ERA was not done.
