Product was a "Stetson Trilby hat. Completely as described and well packed. The site promised a delivery date of max 3 days after purchase but this only arrived a week later. Replying to emails then with a comment regarding delivery date is apparently in its infancy.

I had no contact with the service so no rating. Ordering process was easy. Notification of shipment also arrived immediately. I don't really like DPD as a service provider - almost exclusively bad experiences. But this time everything went really well

I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw.
Having already bought a hat in size M, I went back for the same size, alas it wasn't the same brand.

very good, just a little problem with the 2 caps I received. they're not the same brand. one with a "headict" label and the other with a "classic" label. I would have preferred to have 2 "headict" caps.
