I was not delivered as you chose to use colissimo and the delivery person obviously decided to return it to sender. I'm waiting for your responsiveness so that I can finally receive my parcel.

As your address was incomplete, it was not possible to deliver the parcel. That's why our customer service department went directly to the address you gave us to check that it was impossible to get to the residence. You were able to collect your parcel from our premises 48 hours ago, and the postage costs were reimbursed.

The color does not match, quality of the fabric is poor. Lots of stitching errors.Only positive is the delivery time.I will not order here again, have to pay 45,- for something worth about 15-20,-.
