The gift box arrived completely ripped off and impossible to use.

a problem with a debited payment that had not validated my order. It's a pity that we have to do the research to prove the payment, make copies of bank statements and so on, when the service should be provided by the supplier. Fortunately, all's well that ends well....

Package shipped very late, customer service unable to make up for the delay, did not call back even though they should have after asking... Embroidery on personalized caps not up to scratch... My previous orders were of far better quality. Not sure I would recommend...

Approximate delivery date to be regularly updated on the customer account in case of parcel delivery problems. Don't wait for the customer to contact you before reacting in case of parcel delivery problems; even if the customer service reaction was quick.

The cap arrived crumpled and in a simple cardboard box with no protection, I've already received caps where the back was rigid while this one wasn't at all... But the embroidery and colors are very well done.

The hat is one size but it is super large, it's a shame for such a price with the embroidery rather small on it. I am generally satisfied but it is a bit the "black point" of the order super large hat.

after return they don't exchange the merchandise for a bigger size under the pretext that i wore it i had the cap on my head for 30 seconds i'm sure my return parcel was opened

Speed of delivery from France is fast. Should speed become more important this would be insufficient.Service no experience with it

The cap is of good quality, but the embroidery quickly frayed on some of the letters, which is very disappointing. I even avoid wearing it, which is a shame, so as not to damage it further..... So I'm disappointed in the end.

The product has a defect on the front corner of the top of the hat. The most fragile part of the hat is damaged.since the return shipping costs are at my expense, and I had already sent the hat back for a size change, I didn't want to pay again to send it back a 2nd time.so I'm disappointed, and will never buy an item on the net again.because it's 2nd choice for 1 1st choice price.
