There is no telling where my order ended up. The location it should have been sent to is full of scaffolding and know nothing at all about such a package having been delivered. Nice quality caps, but it's a shame that on one of the two ordered, the threads stand out from the customization. It spoils the look. I don't know if you make a commercial gesture in this kind of case, but it would be nice given the state of the cap.

Ordered 2 personalized caps for almost 100, the quality is OK but the caps I received were too small, like junior models compared to New Era or others. Customer service wouldn't listen, referring me to the terms and conditions because there are no exchanges or refunds on personalized items. (Headict customer service told me that the cap was probably lost or stolen and that they would check with Chronopost.
