Had ordered beret one size too small. None was in stock and they were waiting for the new delivery. Was exchanged without any problems after the new delivery arrived. I am very satisfied and the customer communication by email was grade 1+. If only all stores were like this one...

It would be nice to have a service for returns or exchanges: phone number or email response within 48 72 hours because I sent a return a week ago for an exchange and I have no news of. I find the material of the cap very floppy and thus the quality very poor. I had hoped that it was a form-fitting model. Also, the photo did not show that the flap is slightly rounded. I find 80,= enormously expensive for such mediocre quality.Unfortunately a mis-buy. I hope customer service will respond.
