I took delivery at the relay point because it was quicker. In the end, no news from the relay point after eight days. I went there and the parcel was waiting for me. No notification but it's probably from La Poste. As for the personalized hat, very good quality and good product. Nothing negative to say.

It would be nice to have a service for returns or exchanges: phone number or email response within 48 72 hours because I sent a return a week ago for an exchange and I have no news of. I find the material of the cap very floppy and thus the quality very poor. I had hoped that it was a form-fitting model. Also, the photo did not show that the flap is slightly rounded. I find 80,= enormously expensive for such mediocre quality.Unfortunately a mis-buy. I hope customer service will respond.
