Contrary to the announcement, the goods did not arrive after 5-7 days but only after 14 days. The cap fits well. However, I have to make the adjustment at the back larger than with other caps (other brands). That would then be a criterion for me not to buy another cap here.

Hello, After a parcel lost at Colissimo without any information from them, then a return of the parcel followed by a TNT passage with absence and an erroneous SMS from them, I got my parcel back. Throughout these 2 months, the Headict service has been top notch: understanding, competent, responsive. It's a shame that the delivery service providers aren't up to scratch...

I know there's not much you can do about it, but I think we can/should all look for solutions...

Very disappointed by the hats: The straw hat was very stiff and really uncomfortable, and the other one, although it was a brand name (and I'm used to this brand), didn't fit either, it didn't fit on my head. Of course we returned the items, the refund has already been made and that's very good, but the shipping costs we had to pay were also very disappointing.
