The customer service is excellent. My inquiry was processed very quickly and my personal request could also be implemented without any problems and at no extra charge. The product is also excellent. I've already ordered several hats on HEADICT, but I have a comment on the sizes of some of them, in particular this Stetson hat in size 56/57 that I've just bought. It was delivered to me in 57 M and fits a little tight on my head, so it's a bit of a shame...because I'm a normal 57 and I prefer to be offered a specific size rather than between two sizes.
