Haut de forme passe partout, nice interior finish, but the felt is a bit dull, it's true that I own melusine haut de forme, there's no comparison...maybe Flechet will try a more chic haut de forme....

Impeccable cost and delivery time, careful packaging.
Small connection problem, customer service was very responsive to my email. The hat is fine, just maybe I saw it a little lighter in color from the photos, and the material also I saw it differently but I remain satisfied. I will return.

You should reduce the depth on this type of cap. When I wore it, the part where I chose to write my name went up way too high. In short, I'd say it's like wearing a cap that's too big, the whole top of the cap is empty. On the other hand, the engraving is perfect and corresponds to my expectations.

I would like to share with you my disappointment on 1 of the 4 caps is not as I wanted Indeed I wanted a total black and a total white. If I received a white total with my name, I received a black one with a white trucker mesh ... Too bad!

On the site you can choose printing on front,side, back. If you choose side you don't get a preview. Of the three caps I got from you (all 3 with the same print), only 1 of them turned out well on the side.The other 2, the print is crooked or not even stitched nicely. I am very sorry. If you pay almost 50 for a cap it should be better finished. Everything else is good.

I bought a snapback cap with 3D embroidery, the embroidery is great only the cap itself is unfortunately not very high quality, because the screen already looked very worn, or the fabric is roughened and some threads are not completely tightened. The customer service is very good and the delivery only took a few days.
