I have already ordered it was nickel but second order the caps were not the same, bomber at the writing style squatter cap I do not like at all

Hello, thank you for your comment. On your first purchase, you ordered a "curve" type cap (curved peak), whereas for the latest one you chose a "snapback" model (flat peak), which explains the "skateboard" look. Sincerely, The Headict team

I ordered a New Era NY "navy" cap to replace an identical model that had been lost. The cap that was delivered to me is black, and of a much lower quality than the one I ordered on Headict 18 months ago (no suedine visor, less noble materials, etc.). All for exactly the same price of 32. This is misinformation and abuse.

The designations of the various models are sometimes incomplete (in my case, the gavroche cap), and I had to go to the manufacturers' websites several times to compare, see which collection it was, etc... Otherwise, the site is top-notch

The first order was delivered damaged, in fact, the hat was badly put on, so the headband had arrived crumpled. After contact with the sav, and photo, the return was taken care of and a replacement of the hat with a better packaged return. Thank you Headict.

Product was nice and in good condition. Delivery time was as indicated.
The box however was not, the website indicated the hat would be delivered in a nice Stetson box, however it was delivered in a bare, plain cardboard box. Too bad

I received the cap with a spelling mistake on the side writing, which is a pity because the cap seems to be of good quality. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Either the color is not clear on the website, or the product is the wrong one. I ordered a grey bandana and received one that looked more like blue than grey... but maybe it's my eyes. Otherwise great delivery

Unfortunately, the item did not arrive. The delivery was reported as delivered. However, it did not arrive at the agreed location. The supplier DPD has also not been able to help me so far.

I am very very disappointed because I ordered a hat (which is very beautiful) for a birthday gift. I asked for tnt delivery to be delivered on Saturday 24th August. The parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 24th according to the delivery service. I waited for it all day. I stayed by my tenephone all day but the delivery man never came. The gift arrived 2 days later
