Delivery good. Good packaging and so on. I did find a delivery time of 5 working days a bit long.Product (Stetson flat cap Belfast) good. However, after proper measuring and ordering the corresponding size, it turned out to be very large (fell over my eyes). Service good; soon after receiving the cap at Headict a size smaller was sent. Disadvantage: track and trace returned at own cost.

I have been waiting two weeks now for my order of 2 New Era caps that should have been delivered within a few days (maximum). Contacted customer service twice without any response... Product is really bad. I paid almost 50 euros for a cap whose text on the side is crooked. The text on the front is as much as twice the size as the example indicated during ordering. I would have loved to receive the cap in the same box as you show in the video. Since I bought it to give as a gift, the presentation would have been more spectacular in a beautiful box with your logo. Your product is of very high quality.
