hello, the service is generally good. the only problem I'd have is with the site, at the time of selection: for example, I didn't understand that the cap I was choosing was a rain cap, which led to some disappointment on arrival. I ordered a cap with my own lettering. The lettering was to be engraved. The leather emblem was not sewn in the middle and the engraving was unclean and some letters were illegible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had expected much more.
