Ordered on 28.06.23, still not here today (19.07.23) - with an announced delivery time of 4 to 5 days!!!! No answer to an inquiry e-mail from 11.07.23 until today, but have already received 4 or 5 advertising e-mails since then. Ordered 2 personalized caps for almost 100, the quality is OK but the caps I received were too small, like junior models compared to New Era or others. Cap not collected 9 days after order and payment. Impossible to get any information from chronopost. (Headict customer service told me that the cap was probably lost or stolen and that they would check with Chronopost.
