Product conforms to my expectations.
Not easy when you want to make several caps on the same order. A return from the basket to continue shopping would be great.

I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw.
Having already bought a hat in size M, I went back for the same size, alas it wasn't the same brand.

very good, just a little problem with the 2 caps I received. they're not the same brand. one with a "headict" label and the other with a "classic" label. I would have preferred to have 2 "headict" caps.

Great product quality and customer service. However, I was disappointed by one of the six caps I ordered, which was not the trucker type. As these are customized models, there's no view of the side or back of the cap. So I had to recommend a seventh.
